Artwork dedicated to the journey
Stemming from an academic background in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and a deep personal alignment with spirituality, my work embodies the principles of free association and presence.

Journeys for the home
Drawing from the intuitive and spiritual essence of my practice, I create artwork that is thoughtfully tailored to the homes and spaces it inhabits.
Rather than beginning with a fixed idea of what a piece should look like, I consider the atmosphere of the space as a whole - the colours already present, the natural light, textures, materials and objects that surround it, as well as the emotions and energy these elements evoke.
Together, we explore what you want the space to feel like. Perhaps you’re looking to create a sense of calm and grounding, openness and lightness, warmth and intimacy, or something more ethereal and dreamlike.
The process is collaborative and intuitive. Through colour, texture, movement and form, I create a piece that feels connected to its surroundings while still carrying its own presence.

Art as healing
After a period away from creating, prompted by my confrontation with a need to get everything ‘right’, I returned to art by doing the opposite: shifting my focus from the ending to the journey.
Whether painting on large canvases or digitally illustrating from a single line, I rarely begin with a premeditated intention. Instead, I allow the work to unfold intuitively through colour, movement and instinct. I liken this process to free association in the therapy room - one mark leading to another, with meaning emerging through the act of making rather than being decided beforehand.
For me, this is where art becomes healing: a practice of presence, surrender and trusting what emerges from within. My work invites me to sit with uncertainty, quieten the inner critic, and create space for the many dimensions of the self to coexist.
Art becomes less about creating something perfect, and more about creating a space in which something within me can be felt, expressed and transformed.
